Hi, I’m Meredith, single mother of Zadee Rae. We are on a quest to live healthy, happy lives in the midst of an unhealthy world.

It started when my body was failing: I had headaches, a racing heartbeat, and numb arms and legs. Gluten was the culprit. Since then, I have been on my own autoimmune illness journey now for 10 years and love helping other people get a healthy & strong body.

In my blog, How To Allergy, I share my journey of becoming health food obsessed. My recipes are always gluten & dairy free and contain real food ingredients (nothing you cannot pronounce!).
